Working With Us

Our team creates precision, exome-matched protein designs in feed and food products via our customer services and collaborative development activities. We seek joint development and partnering opportunities across the agriculture, food and nutritional supply chains. We thrive on co-creating new market innovations, utilising our unique bioinformatic system.

Opportunities

Feed
Simply increasing more protein intake and serving size is not the most efficient approach to delivering protein feed conversion efficiency and growth. The protein profile and quality are important for productivity performance and managing feed costs. The exome protein design provides a fundamental approach to drive optimisation of productivity with lowest possible protein intake  (improved feed conversion efficiency).
Health
Exome protein design provides new opportunities for nutrition and health, especially important in disease conditions where the protein metabolism is compromised.
Sustainability
The exome protein design approach provides new opportunities in addressing farm production sustainability and environmental issues, such as minimising waste, especially for aquaculture and livestock.
Consumers
No food product or dietary pattern is naturally matched to the amino acid profile coded by the human exome. Unique exome-matching foods and meals can be developed, including the potential for development as portion control. and weight management food products, snacks, powders and beverages.

Services We Offer

We apply our technology and applications services to custom design for your innovation needs to deliver consumer health and supply-chain efficiency advantages.

We undertake early stage development (prototyping) and market testing of products. For example, nutritional protein powders, snack, beverage and food applications. We seek international customer partnering for manufacturer and sale of products under license.

We undertake customer engagements for strategic partnerships on use of the technology (under agreement) in their feed and food product field of business interest. We provide ongoing services to build the customer product innovation pipeline, to extend applications and adapt for varying supply-chain and input scenarios for commercial operational advantages.

We strategically work with feed and nutrition inputs from suppliers into our exome protein product designs, to create value-added advantages across the supply chain with raw inputs and intermediate blenders/compounders.

Partnering With Us

We are seeking local and international feed and food manufacturing customers.

Our Technology

Surgeon hand with scalpel . Mixed media.jpg
The exome protein technology was invented at Monash University (Australia). This technology is exclusively licensed worldwide to Cascadia Innovations Pty Ltd.

The exome protein technology for precision feed and food design is a bio-informatic system that can promote security of our most precious and limiting macro-nutrient, protein.

01

Exome Target

The amino acid ratios in the protein from coding genes of an organism is calculated via bio-informatics.

02

Optimisation Algorithm

Mathematical computational optimisation of feed and food protein ingredients to match the exome target for the feed and food product protein formulation.

03

Ingredient Customisation

Prioritisation based on commercial imperatives for ingredient selection and/or availability, product cost and performance target.
